A few pieces from First Encounters with AI, our 2026 essay collection of writers reflecting on AI, are freely available. Los Angeles Review of Books published Ken Liu's 'The Art of Copying,' The Yale Review published Sheila Heti's 'Chasing Alice,' and The New Yorker published a part of Ted Chiang's essay on art and AI that appears in our volume in full.

My editorial on AI and writing is available in Literatura (translation). So is my speech  on LLMs and small languages, which was published in Outsider  (Slovenian summary, English translation), and my speech on the Science Day celebration.

Since 2008, I have worked as a writer and editor for Airbeletrina, Apokalipsa, Literatura, Mentor, Pogledi, Radio Študent, Asymptote. I published short stories and essays, some of which are featured in the collection Eseji izseljenih milenijk in milenijcev by Beletrina.

I conducted interviews with poets and writers: Charles Simic, André Valter, Alvin Pang, and Boštjan Narat. I wrote editorials and book reviews on works by Salman Rushdie, Janez Ramoveš, Hanif Kureishi, Mitja Lovše, Festival Pranger, and many others.

I translated Alvin Pang's poetry, published in the collection String Theory. I translated Herta Müller's speech, Jonas Hassen Khemiri's essay, and numerous essays by ex-Yugoslavian authors (Marko Pogačar, Dubravka Ugrešić, Igor Marojević, Srećko Horvat, and others), some of which are published in the collection The State of Matters: Anthology of Reflectives and Reflections (2012).
